I am sure they would have applied for R & D funding for the vaccine studies but I believe the issuing of granst and R & D monies is all on hold until the budget is passed by the senate. If the budget does get through the senate with some minor amendments, there was increased funding for medical research.
PS... Yes I did notice that St George had a good win for a change.
