I agree with Stonemason concerning the vaccine business.
Conserning your calculations:
I would use a margin of 50% for now but this might increase when 1) the price is raised after a certain time of market penetration or/and 2) the usual glitches with new production facilities (the "shed") are ironed out and production is running smoothly.
Of course you can modify all the numbers, but for now I think it makes no sense to further fine tune your model as we don't have enough informations.
That said I fully trust the mangement to be capable of steering this process.
