In my opinion and thoughts the next announcement any moment possibly of bringing in a partner paying a $10 billion dollar up front to take the BIT225 compound and conduct a phase 3 clinical blind trial in the US and all take future revenue from BIT225 has been signed and approved by the board in the interest of all share holders may require a trading halt?
The final deal may require a share holder vote on a BIT225 compound sale for $10 BILLION to be finalized.
A share offer of $168 dollars and a projected loss of royalty payments compensation payment of $50 a share, suggesting a $218 a share sale would require a share holder vote.
I will vote yes to the offer.
