Costs of BM extraction to product = VERY VERY EXPENSIVE FOR SMALL INDICATIONS (see JCR/Temcell) AND EVEN MORE DIFFICULT FOR LARGE INDICATIONS and UNPROVEN in 3D BIOREACTORS....so SCALE OUT was the call (even for Covid ARDs if successful)
