I can readily understand the reasons for your comments, however it is not practical or even possible.

The CPSA is not a legal association incorporated with a Memorandum and Articles governing its legal authority.

It is in effect a loosely created group of like minded people (CTP shareholders) all standing in a virtual room and tacitly agreeing to stand united should an adverse offer be made to take over CTP.

Robin Judd, (Perth Accountant) is the only person with access to all information (ie CTP members) and with respect to Robin, he does not have the expertise to make substantial and detailed submissions in regards to fracking.

That would require an expert in that discrete area to be engaged and paid accordingly. something that is again not possible with CPSA.
