Wise up. The Irish never shipped anything to anyone. The Spanish have Chuppa Chupps and Olive Oil. Their property prices went through the roof in a bubble that not quite as bad as ours.
HK (tiny island of 7 million people with a real chronic shortage) price went up in a bubble and your are right HK has not a lump of IO or coal in the ground.
Don't take things personally.
