The key point I take away from your discussion with trial participant is the lack of care shown by medical centre. Never a good sign but unfortunately more common that not. I'd like for all of us to push PAR to ensure they're devoting the required resources in supervising these sites over and above the data collection itself. Its an important quality control that will encourage participants to stick around so in our self interest.
