Yep - mass mail out to everyone. Rehashing same things. So they don't issue the options to Clee because of an "oversight" and then somehow Clee is wrong in pursuing to get those options. If it was part of the contract for getting the $50M CR, then he had every right to ask for them. That he had to threaten litigation shows badly on current BOD in my opinion.
