    with interest rates looking to go down again - i see absolutely no reason why the ASX is not going to power ahead and the flight to FF yield will continue with even more force.

    MYR is a perfect candidate - yep sales growth nominal at best BUT a 20c ff divd!
    SFH - imo - the standout - low PE, cash in bank in excess of 30m at half year and is paying currently 6c ff on a share price of 80c. Low intangibles.

    What else? I think we should be looking at sustainable 7% ff yield stocks (excluding banks and TLS please).
