the sec and maddof's 45 years ..... *groan*

I just saw a documentary as to how it took the US securities commission almost 10 years to do nothing, despite being handed concrete evidence. It took a boast cum-confession by Maddoff before they actually believed it.

My point (disclaimer as well) is that these authorities are often apallingly lame.

I hope ASIC doesnt let go of the bone now that they have a fang somewhat lodged in it....

Pleeeeez ASIC - get to the truth of this.

I wonder if shareholder letters to Dion Silvy would help in making sure they don't give up the investigation.
