Here is a little analysis of how LVT market cap has changed since 2 years ago. There has been some heavy dilution - predominantly through cap raises, but despite the risk profile improving over the course of this period (more new customers, greater ACV, increasing ARR / heading toward cash neutrality) the market cap has been steadily decreasing.
- Based on the current number of shares on issue, LVT's share price would need to hit 0.43 to exceed the max market cap on 15/04/2019.
Take what you wish from this - but i believe that those that have held (and any new onboarders) will get rewarded in spades as the story (becoming cashflow positive) and strides toward ARR $100m arer made.. I think we have well and truly seen the bottom of the market cap/share price.
