I think you have gone overboard in criticising ChiefJ making out he is causing some problems for the company

I'd like to see more constructive comment from you, which you are probably able to provide and no more of that about letting the management get on with the job, that's just inhibiting our commentary

how about you provide some sensible criticism of us lot, I am not averse to that and most of us are prepared to hear sensible criticism and argue it out
