The same question should also be asked who is buying with an averaged price/volume of 20.5c.
The sellers are mostly likely to be those that got 45mil shares from the recent placement. They are the only one who can off load at 19-19.5c and still make 3%. All fingers are pointing to the SSP nominated broking house and their clients.
SPP will be fully subcribed if they can maintain it between 20 to 22c
