tragic as it is, death for power and greed is common place in the philippines.
maybe the npa could try and round up the filth currently abducting and harvesting the organs of local children. as of last week there is now at least 7 children that have been taken and murdered in recent times with their bodies found in the bush stripped of their eyes and internal organs missing. this would have to be done in conjunction with at least one medically train person on hand. some bodies have been found with money(p30000) and a sorry note.

surely this should be high on the npa's list of things to do.
