Well I wouldn't be surprised if the sell off is the result of some nervous nellies being spooked by unconfirmed rumors of takeover/mergers between our potential partners.
If this were true this could mean delays or even restarting negotiations.
I can't find any confirmation of these rumors and anyway it does not affect the intrinsic value of TIS.
