The ball mill MOTOR is in Newcastle is the correct statement.
The ball mill SHELL and INTERNALS are being installed in Tassy.
Once that is completed, the motor will be installed and according to all reports it is all running on schedule.
THE BALL MILL as a plant is neither in NEWCASTLE OR TASSY, as it has not been assembled.
