    Any possible delay in Tiof is not likley to be greater than 6mths. This is really not that significant in the scheme of things. The major determinant to the shareprice for the next 6-12mth is oil production from Chinguetti. Providing that is on schedule (and it would appear so) then the shareprice will respond accordingly.
    Focus on the positives not possible negatives
