Elliot, if you are correct and a Director of SXY is also a partner of a company that is trading stock in SXY then this could be a huge conflict of interest which could have ramifications. I'm not 100% up to speed on ASX rules regarding insider trading but the US regulators would be all over this especially if it's during the "quiet period" -15 days before the close of the quarter or the reporting period, until the day after earnings have been released.

Can anyone comment on ASX rulings?
