I agree it should be raised at the AGM just to be in the open but other than that your post is a bit confusing.

I can't remember SXY ever being shorted 15% and on shortman it says its highest shorted volume in the last three years was just under 10%.

That's means there was more then enough other substantial holders that could have lent it out to short, it doesn't have to come from just one.

Just my opinion.
