It surely wouldn't be the followers of the Book, the disciples of Mohammed (ok wrong example)....Duh, having been in the region for a decade.....this sort of thing happens all over - Nauru is just exhibiting what they do at home. The only difference - it's being reported on Nauru for 'useful' reasons. In the Middle East....they go to the hospital for repairs if needed....their kid sat on a carrot...etc....The medical staff know what happened, but they play the game....
