The Share Consolidation

Hi All,

Previously VAN did a share consolidation, way back. For not very good reasons, I've got no paperwork from that time (well due to a divorce and various things getting lost in the transition). So, I just checked my previous purchases from my CommSec account and bought a million ORD shares, my VAN shares are only 150,000 odd shares.

Anyone remember what the terms of the previous share consolidation was?

I took my eye off the ball when it all went to custard ages ago, and just ignored them since. Total cost buying ORD was around $50,000. So only being left with 150.000 share is a bugger and just checking I didn't get buggered over during the share consolidation.

Still have no idea why this share has bounced, from looking at the announcements on Hotcopper, I can't see any reason why VAN has had such a dramatic bounce (not complaining, bounce higher I say)
