STX masterstroke in purchasing the freehold impressed me at the time...but once i heard it again from Stu in his latest preso...it rang like an air raid siren. This is the one thing STX has, the others do not. And you can bet your bottom dollar, the others have their eyes on STX.
SH should be aware of this...and not sell short when the first offer gets lobbed.
SH should also not shy away in the event Walyering is not as good as we expect...or if something strange happens there. Walyering is lunch money compared to SE and WE...and the remaining prospects.
People should be careful what they wish for. The MIN HPPL tag team are experts at extracting value. If there is a dollar to be made...they will make $2.50...the other $1.50 will come out of your pocket.
