Hey alexeii thanks for the great post , agree with all your points and actually glad you mentioned about the Enviable position strike are in with the precinct land . Im no expert but when I heard Stu explaining about being able to develop on the land STX allready hold, and Min and Gina do not have this option , instantly could tell thats actually a huge deal , and Strikes plans at the precinct shows how many steps we are in front in terms of ease of development .
There is no doubt we are a big target of TO but probably a much tougher and more valuable target then anyone was expecting.
Hoping for more postive news this week on SE2 and Walyering ,
then off to drill the next one . Exciting stuff
