Imo the sp will not collapse if this deal falls out, because wa8 is super undervalued. Only the 3 directors believe (plus a few) that 15.5 is a good price. Not a fan of Joshua Baker’s valuation, but EVEN THE VALUATION THET AMANDA WAS WAVING FOR AN HOUR LAST WEEK IS WAY HIGHER, 74% higher than CMM’s offer.
