timhj, I rang ASIC yesterday because I thought they'd taken over the regulatory responsibilities from the ASX. However, they said to call either the ASX or the financial ombudsman. So I rang the ASX and raised my concerns with them.

I'm really not sure where the regulatory line is now between the ASX and ASIC. Perhaps it's still in transition?
