I agree completely.
When you consider his past achievements together with recent interviews, they are consistent and we know that actions speak louder than words. It would be completely out of character for Sheikh Maktoum to not do everything in his power to make ARV a success as he has already done with many other projects.
He probably knows more about ARV than we do. He has a track record of successful investing. He values his reputation. Why indeed would he take this on if he was not convinced of achieving a successful outcome?
