Afterall God will judge us for what we do and say. Some polemicists claim that the Prophet (sws) first attacked the poor Meccan merchants after he was kicked out of Mecca and that in this case he was the first aggressor. They therefore insist on this fact to consider Islam as being a bellicose religion and that as soon as the opportunity arose, the prophet (sws) would not have hesitated to use force to subdue the Arab pagans. Let's recap the different phases that led Quraysh (Mecca) and Medina to go to war: 1 - Persecutions of Muslims in Mecca 2 - Attempted assassination on the prophet (sws) 3 - Emigration of Muslims to Medina 4 - The Quraysh threaten all Medinans to "rape their wives" and to plunder them if they do not return Muhammad (sws) 5 - They violate the private property of Muslims who were in Mecca, steal their property and decide to sell them 6 - The Quraysh exert economic pressure on Medina 7 - Revelation of the verse "Authorization to fight is given to those who are attacked" 8 - Declaration of war between Medina and Mecca 9 - The prophet (sws) decides to recover the goods looted by the Meccan city by attacking only the Meccan caravans It is amazing to hear people spreading lies about Islam like this. It is clear that the attacks against the Meccan caravans were not aimed at robbery. Therefore, the Prophet did not kill this person and did not poison anyone, as I explained to you before does Muhammad stole Quraish and plundered its wealth?? You refuted nothing. The filter of your faith prevents you from seeing history as recorded by Islamic sources, that Mohammad did in fact raid caravans, that he did order executions, that he was poisoned, which compromised his health, etc, as recorded. That this is hard to accept is understandable, nevertheless it is reality.
