I sold out at 5 cents, just b4 the placement annoucment, it is now 4.9 cents and will continue dropping till placement.

70 million share is a lot of shares, this will in the short term pull the price down.

But a placement like this is deserving of a rise after the placement is complete as it secures funds to find the yellow stuff we all want.

I have not doubt BTV will do well, in the mid term.

I am just preserving some capital and trying it elsewhere for the time being. No harm in that
