Percentage is calc on Market cap I think. Discouraging to see still a large holding in shorts, means there's still an attack in the wind. Being the nature of downgrades the issuing of 1 usually leads to aother.....thats what the shorts may be punting on. Still see ORE is high yet they have been clawing back of late so not always the be all. Still sidelined for NEA pending reporting season roller coaster.
