Speculation would go both ways it would seem, I personally, and I realise your post is generalist and not applicable to anyone in particular, now feel a more productive HotCopper site is one that questions first and speculates on reasons for poor performance second. Also everything can be expanded on in any post, you know that - we cannot cover all we would like to in a paragraph or two.

Further to your post for example -
*$US15M in good faith... why not expand on that good faith with a period of escrow, as for all we know, those shares were sold or even used for shorting the securities.
*CR to accelerate the KMP and progress Dubbo, or was that the other way around?? it is prudent perhaps, yet we are at the mercy of supply and offtake contracts for the KMP and there was already sufficient funds for these to be progressed, not to mention all those debt facilities and with Dubbo we cannot progress to far, it is just an itsy bitsy step until we progress the EPCD which looks like blowing out into mid 2023 - I hope we do not lose HEC. So many questions unanswered, and more and more risk and forward looking statements creeping in; and
*An undeniable strong relationship between ASM and SK... I hope so so but ASM appear to interpret on behalf of the SK Government in the case of the Bank MOU, funds granted by the SK Government to construct the KMP and the plant was built at record speed it is only now things have slowed right down to a snails pace and my burning question why did KOMIR come directly into Australia when they were happy for ASM to jointly handle that for them last year.
