Shorts have already covered most of their positions without any effect on the SP, thanks to the ill-planned, and unbelievably poorly timed CR. It's possible they're now trying to hit stop losses of people who participated in the SPP. I was hoping short covering would get ASM above the threshold of once again being included in REMX, which would've seen the SP jump, but management's failures have destroyed that possible sequence of events.

The KCF certainly appear to be slowly backing away, but IIRC there has never been a relationship with Hyundai that has extended past the contact for Hyundai Engineering Corp. to carry out the EPCD work for Dubbo.

Frank Moon has the inside scoop when it comes to the KMP. Also interesting that IC and NE sold some (NE), or all (IC), of their ASM holdings in late July, 2021. They got out before the top in late November 2021, but may have already been aware of inside information that things weren't going to plan. The whole thing has a bad smell about it – I think there's a significant possibility that IG has purposely held back information in the hope of rectifying the issues, thus negating the need to inform the market.
