Just thought I'd share this with you guys as it's some reassuring information.
Recently I've been putting some questions to the head office (shocked they still take my phone call), wanted to obtain a T20 holders list.
one thing that stood out was it seemed KCF was no longer present and I assumed they had sold out. Got a response back from ASM this morning that was a breath of fresh air, KCF still has the entirety of their shares held via an intermediary.
also asked whether VTRE's dealing with setopia would be an issue for our supply lines, also received a response with a definite no.

I really dont see a whole lot of risks left here...

With respect to your query on the Top 20 shareholder list you were provided, the lists were supplied from our share registry and are comparable to what is reported in the Annual Report. KCF have not sold down their shares, they hold their shares through an intermediary which is why they are not named specifically on the Top 20 list.

With respect to your query regarding Setopia’s recent announcement regarding VTRE, we confirm that this will not impact the future supply from VTRE to ASM. We continue to have discussions with VTRE regarding the ongoing strategic partnership between the parties.
