I agree, I don't think 144edward is quite done with the shorter's nuts.

Regardless, here we have the founder of the company buying up a significant number of shares and pointing out that there is quite a lot of value there. He might possibly know a thing or two about this industry, possibly even more than the shorters. It is an interesting exercise to look at the P&L of some of the individual data centres like M1 which NXT has included towards the back of some their presentations and think about what that means for the long term ROE of this company as they fill these datacentres.
