Well said CGT. ABDM, try and explain away the multiple deals done to date by Unilife, try and explain away the want for big pharma such as Sanofi, MedImmune (Astra Zenica), Novartis and not to forget Hikma and the many others we will hear about in time!

Your only reference here is an article written by a 'wet behind the ears' reporter who was used by an ex-employee to try and further his lawsuits profile and an "anonymous" source who was spoon feeding this young and inexperienced writer. After the article you point out, which mind you was over a year ago, we saw the company sign many deals and we saw a barrage of short seller articles surface to try and discredit the company for their own financial gain, these are self confessed short sellers who make no bones about writing articles and using social media to help them with their financial position. At the time there was over $60m in short positions on Unilife, an unsettling time for them for sure as the price rose and turned the positions into over $100m exposed, and so the social media attacks became more frequent.

Smith now has his own problems with the company going on the front foot bringing a case against him. Meanwhile the company continues to increase capacity at the facility to meet the demand of known contracts and those that are in development stage, we now know that there are over 12 of these programs underway with more and more being added as the months pass by. I look forward to seeing these turn into formal supply agreements and quashing all these allegations, it's hard to keep up that argument as large pharma keep signing deals and paying money for the access and development of said devices.
