It all fits the conspiracy theory I heard. Dow is not going to be green until US government has finalise and enact the plan to take equity stakes in all the banks! Then effectively the ownership of US banking system would revert back to Americans. May not be pre planned but it is a billiant and opportunistic move in a difficult time. Clever Yanks.
