In a ‘squeaky clean world’ I agree Gavin. But in the symbiotic ‘smoke & whisper world’ that connects Big Pharma & the FDA ….somehow many of these crucial public health issues appear to be hovering somewhere in the distant background. Seriously….they couldn’t issue an EUA for Ryoncil for vulnerable young children in the absence of any SOC after making PE ….9-1 vote by their own hand picked Adcomm ….and no competition at all to Big Pharma profits ? There are some hard arsed bureaucrats that must have had trouble getting to sleep at night for the last 14 months. One would be entitled to be a tad apprehensive about the OTAT outcome.
