Fundamentally everyone of them.
People were focussed on the wrong thing. The fact Hartleys aren't a fence sitter and have the intestinal fortitude to make a call is irrellavant.
PEN as I have said many times and will continue to will be driven by sound fundamentals and outstanding management. Hartleys have been conservative in that regard.
And now for the sp predictors they even have that right...conservatively.
