Yep agree with all of that Peace. Deals get the wheels , no money no honey etc etc. Isis are doing them we are not.
So its a low price now but you cant have your cake and eat it! We all know the potential value you get exposed to if a successful jv and p2 come in play, (i doubt many here will still be ordering in the millions then lol)Similarly the risks are there in the reverse scenario .
Each day it doesn't rain is a day closer to when it does!
