Topender. You might like to ponder on what the WA Treasurer means, particularly if the Mondara gas reservoir is supposed to fill that purpose. Perhaps his time frame is measured in months or longer and I wonder which events brought this about. It is not often governments think like this given how much time has elapsed since the Varanus Island incident.
