And India?? They were laughing so hard after the Paris Accord that they nearly choked. Do you know why they signed up after telling the rest of the world to go to hell not long before the talkfest?? Because they realised that it was a useless piece of garbage as far as they were concerned!! Just have a read of what India has to do under the Accord!!
