As for rain hampering plant operations IT DOESN'T as long as their is stock feed on the pad which VRE are in the process of achieving!
I didn't say cyclones or their effects don't affect mining operations in that area, just that to do so to the extent of seriously hampering production is rare and not worth mentioning. I've worked in the Leinster area when rain bearing depressions have gone through and its usually over quicker then it started. Pit operations MAY stop for a few days but plants NO WAY!
