From a straight TA POV, the stock is rising, STOC, MACD and OBV are all in positive territory, over a 60 day period it's a breakout, and it closed at its day's high. A line closing price is heading top-right!
A very limited FA commentary (I've read the bad ones); it's in iron ore, there was director buying last November and it's tightly held.
With a limited number of shares on issue, it's got all the bits that a leverage-chaser (and, for that matter, an LT buyer) might like.
