A change of management would not make a diffence to this company as clearly there are problems in Puntland. The only thing that would get the share price rising is the flow of oil and that isn't going to happen for a long long time. They weren't even able to drill the Nogal earlier this year because of threats so they will not be able to do it in six months time. Nothing has changed.
