1. What will the San Jorge mine and port facility cost and how will it be funded? Past experience suggests through issuing shares. Debt is another possiblity which may be better if a revenue stream is anticipated. Share dilution is often overlooked but has an obvious impact on the current price.
2. What annual volume of ore is expected, and what would the earnings of that be after mining, shipping and processing? This bit of info would be crucial to pondering a realistic PE ratio.

I think these two pieces of the jigsaw puzzle are someway off but are more significant in forming a view of the share price for when the company moves to becoming a producer. At the moment it is still a 'speccy' and hard to determine what is good value per share, as it is still in the exploration phase.

I thought from the last announcement that Gunvor iis providing funding for some of the above.. and our initial export is 1mtpa.? witha view to increasing to 2mtpa.?
