    Hi traden4fun,
Am grateful for your input and what you say you have been told, and I do not doubt your integrity and credibility. Wait for it, however I find it hard to fathom that Unilife, are using the intended litigation, as an excuse to say the deals are behind by approximately 6 to 8 weeks.

For me this does not seem to have much credibility, as if you look back over a number of years you find that AS, timeframes for intended contracts, and amongst other things usually always seem to blow out, some quite considerably. Skypilot, is usually pretty good with timeframes, and sometimes somewhat more accurate than AS.

When the whisltleblower event surfaced I believe (or would have hoped ) that AS would have gone into some form of damage control mode to ease shareholders tensions. ( we have a media mananger, PR person or plain old spin doctor team that should have been on top of this when the alleged whisltleblower emerged with his request for a large amount of US dollars )

A strategic pre-empted plan of action should have immediately been implemented and continually re assessed on a daily basis until the whistleblower crisis was minimized. Furthermore, when the whistleblower entered into litigation AS, ( may have occurred? ) should have gone " hell for leather " to sign seal and deliver hopefully earlier, some of the multiple contracts to give Unilife the contract credibility that is lacking. ( Disregarding the Sanofi contract ) This would have stopped the rot that has unfairly reduced our share price, killed off the whistleblower and again some on HC would have be calling AS a genius.

All of our products in my opinion are brilliant and I hope we can survive cash wise so we can get them to market? Now, pertaining collectively to our board my faith in them and particularly AS is wavering. Alan is very passionate and there is absolutely no doubt that he wholeheartedly believes in the products and his infectious, over exuberance is to be applauded. But at times Alan, the SALESMAN should step back from his CEO role and look at the company through the thoughts and minds of the small shareholders, such, as ourselves. Think, look, and analyze what we see and indeed he will become a much better CEO.

Great to see healthy and vigorous arguments from all camps about this stock. I appreciate all views and disagree with many and I am sure many think foul of my posts!,

It's great to live in a democracy where we can openly vent our opinions, be they right or wrong.

GLTA and lets hope this stock succeeds SOON!!!!!!!!!!
