The shareprice could move to $1 by years end and lets say it does due to first shipment in late dec/early jan.

The share price might make it to $1.20 for instance, but if all these resolutions are passed and come into effect, that share price could essentially fall to approx 80-90 cents simply due to the dilution of the company's value being attributed to a greater number of shares.

IFE have done a reasonable job getting to this point with minimal dilution, why change that simply to fund studies that can be conducted using cashflows and/or debt at another point in time?
