Nothing like leaving it down to the wire with a 'revised target date' of 27 April for the terms of the Mbalam Convention and Congo Mining Permit as per the announcement made 16 February 2012, 'Cameroon Gvmt Top-level Ministerial Committee Established'.
Under ASX Listing Rule 3.1, timely disclosure must be made of information which may affect security values or investment decisions...
There is no doubting the significance of these approvals and the delivery of these by the 'target date'.
I would think that management would have to know if they were not going to be able to deliver by the deadline with less than 2 days to go and would need to announce?
Just my optimistic view of the situation.
