Latest Announcment states that a lot of companies have inquired about buying fairstars holding in GWR.
Does not take a genius to work out that it would be cheaper just to buy fairstar and then they would own GWR shares anyway.
My prediction is that fairstar will be offered a takeover bid within a month with a starting bid for about 30-35c ps.
But I think the directors would probably hold out for more.
