Exactly my first thought Shan. This sounds like some preparation for a FAS takeover. I also remember that statement from company activities saying that disclosure of information about company would be prejudicial to the company. I can think of no drilling operations that would be prejudicial to the running of the company, but certainly a takeover offer or similar activity at this stage would. Mittal comes to mind.
