Henrypaul, Nathan McMahon has a history of buying shares in his own ops. Look at CAZ and you can see NM buying head stock and propping up the price, only to see that sp eventually go south after disappointing news re port allocation. So, NM buying shares in HDG doesn't necessarily mean anything.
Having said that, I still believe this company will perform well. We know the volume is there (tonnage), we just need to hear about what the quality of the coal will be.
